P3 Development Program

We are shifting our focus this year to a more individual development plan for the athletes in the Lambton area, our intention is to spend more time on the individual skills, situations and techniques to help make our players more complete and well rounded.

This summer our P3 program will begin in July and will include small group sessions (16 skates in total).

·     1x a week (6 weeks) small group session with 4/5 players

·     1x a week full group session for first 4 weeks

·     2x a week full group session for last 3 weeks

Small group/private sessions will allow more position specific and game situational training where players will improve on all the details and movements and apply them to specific game situations.

Full group skates will allow us add more speed up and down the ice, include battles, 1v1/2v1 and full ice games.
